Founded in 1994 as Piontek/Kopic Excavating and Construction, Chris Piontek set out on his dream of building ICF homes which provided energy efficiency, security and healthier living. While receiving a Bachelors Degree in Engineering from St. Cloud State University, Chris noticed the potential Arxx ICF’s exhibited in achieving his goals. Chris used his engineering background to develop construction practices which rendered a
high quality concrete home. By utilizing the speed of ICF building, Chris was able to produce a home which was cost effective enough to compete with conventional construction. In 2005 after seeing tremendous growth in Green Home Building, Chris
